AI voice agents, phone call automation, SMS messaging, and WhatsApp automation are not included in this free trial. These require third-party service accounts and per-message billing. They will be available as add-ons from September 2026.

What we ask in return
Synkra for Her is offered at no cost to selected businesses during Women's Month. In return, we ask participants to help us improve the platform by sharing honest feedback and allowing us to showcase genuine customer success stories.
- Provide one honest written testimonial of at least 150 words within seven days after your trial ends.
- Allow Synkra to use your business name, logo and testimonial across our website, social media, presentations and other marketing material.
- Allow us to showcase before and after workflows, screenshots or measurable results where appropriate. Confidential business information will never be published without your permission.
- Participate in a short follow up interview or questionnaire so we can develop a customer success story based on your experience.
- Provide the information and approvals reasonably required for us to successfully configure and deliver your complimentary trial.
- Understand that the complimentary trial only includes the services agreed upon before implementation. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
- Acknowledge that the complimentary trial has a normal retail value of R899.
- Understand that if the agreed programme obligations are not fulfilled without prior written agreement from Synkra, repayment of the complimentary service valued at R899 may be required.
- Confirm that you are authorised to apply on behalf of your business and that any information, branding or materials supplied belong to your business or have been provided with the necessary permission.
- Confirm that by submitting an application you agree to the Synkra for Her Founding Client Programme Terms and Conditions.
