8. Data Processing Addendum

The DPA sets out the scope and purpose of processing, confirms the security safeguards in place, lists the subprocessors (see Section 3.2), addresses cross-border transfers (see Section 3.12), provides for audit rights and compliance reporting, and sets out the process for handling data subject requests. For customers who need a signed DPA before subscribing, contact us and we will provide one.
