What Synkra provides

For an agreed programme cohort, Synkra can provide access to its software at no cost for an agreed period, alongside product support and a structured way to gather feedback from participating businesses.

How your businesses get access

You choose how your cohort signs up. There are two modes, and you can switch between them whenever you want.

Open link. We send you a public signup link. You share it with your cohort through whichever channel you normally use. Anyone with the link can sign up. This is the fastest way to start and the mode most programmes choose for their first cohort.

Personal invites. You send us a list of participant names and email addresses, one row per person. We email each one a personal invitation. The link in that email only works for the address it was sent to, so nobody outside your list can sign up. This is the mode for programmes where cohort integrity matters and you want to guarantee that only your participants get in.

Both modes take about five minutes to set up and neither requires any ongoing work from you. If you switch from open link to personal invites later, existing accounts are unaffected.
